Welcome to my thoughts

Over the years, I've come to learn a lot about self-management, autonomous working, self-leadership & leadership, neurodiversity (the natural variation in how human brains work), diversity, equity & inclusion, being a role model, making mistakes and growing as professional. It's about time that I start to share the wisdom with the world and especially to those who are unseen, unheard and passed on due to social standards, inequities and other unfair structures in today's society.

The very first article is going to be about, you guessed it and damn everyone writes about it already ... , AI. From the angle of why it is great and can make your organisation more efficient and why it might slow you down, amplify bottlenecks and harder to recover from. Interesting stuff from the process and people point of view.

Another article, or actually series of articles, I want to work on is about neurodiversity. Over the past years, I've come to learn so much about neurodiversity, both through lived experience through leading others. I want to challenge myself by combining what I've learned with new research to help people and leaders everywhere to become better at leading neurodivergent individuals to build more neuroinclusive environments.

Another article series, I've been ready to write is about well performing software teams and what the secret sauce really is. Small spoiler: it's about people! How does good collaboration results in quality delivery and what is the difference between leading people in a product organisation versus a consultancy.

Keep an eye out for upcoming thoughts I'll be posting in my space 📚
